<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible in planning for company recruitment.
- Handling Salary calculation
- Create Company Regulation and get the approval from ministry of labor
- Supervise company's legality and licensing documents
- Following developments in law and regulations in Indonesia and propose the changes in internal regulations to comply to the newest law.
- Prepare and report budget plans
- Plan, organize and manage company funding sources
- Ensure effective and efficient financial arrangements and management
- Coordinate the supply of financial information required by the company
- Coordinating the management of tax payments, serving tax audits
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting requirements
- Other duties as assigned.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree
・3 years of experience as HRGA Assistant Manager
・Business level Japanese proficiency (N2)
・Knowledge in financial reports & tax.
<Preferable Experience>
・Experienced from Japanese Automotive Industry.
・Working experience in trading industry.
