- Learn and master the skills required to appraise the value of luxury goods from various brands, focusing on authenticity and condition
- Build trust and cultivate long-term relationships with customers, ensuring excellent service and support
- Perform any other related duties
- Min. bachelor's degree from any major
- Min. 1 year of professional working experience
- Proficiency in conversational Japanese (min. JLPT N3) and conversational English
- Outgoing and positive attitude, able to converse with and engage customers easily
- Professional and business-oriented mindset, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn
- Willingness to work on weekends (mandatory)
