- *Training and Development:* Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the sales skills and product knowledge of the team.

- *Collaboration:* Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- *Problem-Solving:* Address and resolve any issues or challenges faced by the sales team promptly and effectively.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as sales manager within the cloud services industry.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve targets.
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
