<Job Responsibilities>
- Analyzing legal cases faced by the company, both head office and branches, and providing solutions based on statutory regulations
- Coordinating with authorized parties and law enforcement
- Prepare evidence to be used in criminal or civil cases
- Provides insight into aspects of litigation in the corporate environment
- Accustomed to handling debt cases and filing lawsuits in court
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Law
- Business English proficiency
- Min 2 years as Legal Manager, with min. 8 years of litigation experience, experienced in filing lawsuit in court and handling debt cases
- Have advocate license (PERADI)
- Willing to doing business trip as needed
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving and organizational skills
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Mandarin conversational level above
