<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Sales & Business Development
<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible for sales performance to ensure the achievement of sales targets and company profit objectives.
- Develop and maintain customers, including implementing strategies, and action plans to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate and monitor sales planning including the analysis of market opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Develop and monitor sales analysis to improve the company's market share
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and sales programs, and update the report.
- Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Bachelor's Degree
・Min. High Conversational Japanese Level Proficiency (efficient in communicating with Japanese customers) or N3 with High Conversational English
・Min. 5 years of experience as Sales handling Plastic Resin, with experience as Assistant Manager level, used to communicating with Japanese Customers
・Good communication skills, creative, and target oriented
