- Establish and implement strategies to ensure compliance.
- Review, drafting and supporting negation business agreements.
- Monitor and follow up changing regulation.
- Manage preparation activities and follow up internal audit.
- Manage regular corporate governance training and survey the awareness.
- Handle legal dispute, custom litigation, working external consultant to provide resolution.
- Manage operation of renewal company business and expatriate license.
- Manage operation of building, car and driver management
・Must have bachelor’s degree in Commercial Law or Private Law
・Must have experience work in Legal and General Affair area min 5 years
・Must have Leadership skills, problem solving and good analytic thinking skills.
・Must have minimum 3 subordinates.
・Must have good English communication skill.
