<Job Responsibilities>
- Project management for quantitative and qualitative research initiatives
- Assist Senior Researchers in preparing comprehensive reports for each research project
- Conduct fieldwork for the research
- Facilitate communication and negotiation with field vendors and external parties
- Coordinate and manage respondents' schedules effectively
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Fresh Graduates are welcome
・Bachelor's degree
・Business Mandarin proficiency (equal to HSK 5 or higher), Conversational English proficiency
・Proficiency in SPSS or MS Excel or other data processing software
・Willing to do field work or business trip if needed
・Has logical thinking, good communication skill, able to work under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines
