IT Field Service Engineer - IT Consultant

[Responsibilities]
 Provide server installation service at customer locations 
 Provide post-sales maintenance support on servers at customer locations.  Troubleshooting and replacement of hardware.  Perform preventive and proactive maintenance  Escalation and management of complex issues.  
[Requirements]
 At least Degree in IT or related discipline Good conversation skills in Chinese (Mandarin) is required Perform non-office hour scheduled activities if needed  Good oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia 

[Desirable Experiences]
 Should have at least 1-3 years of experience and possesses the following:
 Linux/Windows server field support experience will be considered
