• Manage the full spectrum of HR activities from manpower planning, talent management and development to compensation & benefits etc across the organizations;
• Lead the HR direct and indirect reports (Executive and below level)
• Lead re-restructuring/ organizational changes from HR perspective
• Drive and see through HR set-up for full HR spectrum
• Drive high-quality and timely implementation of strategic global, regional to country HR management plans in line with business operation to support the business growth and integration activities;
• Ensure compliance to Indonesia policies and programs
• Act as HR advisor/ change catalyst to business to ensure alignment to corporate governance
• Bachelor degree or above
• At least 7-10 years human resources management experience in multinational company, among which at least 5 years at a country managerial level position and manufacturing HR;
• A hands-on, proactive HR leader with strong competency in HR process planning, training facilitation and business partnering;
• Strong Leadership & Interpersonal Skills; especially influencing and conflict resolution skills;
