Position Name: Customer Support (Japanese Speaker) - Trading
Work Location: Sudirman, Jakarta Pusat
Reporting Line: Japanese Manager
<Resposibilities>
1. Handling day-to-day Customer's inquiries, complain and work report for water purifier business
2. Daily Customer Maintenance
3. Direct contact with the Japanese Customer via phone and email.
4. Coordination of Schedule costumer and dealers.
5. Assist sales administration and accounting to support costumers.
<Requirements>
- Japanese with JLPT N2 or Equivalent (writing and reading skill is a Must)
- The experience worked/communicated with Japanese/Customer Support experience/English Skill is preferable
- Good Computer skill (MS Office of Words, Excel, and PowerPoint)
