Job Description
- Setting Brand & Marketing Communication scope(Who, What How).
- Propose and manage yearly marketing spending related to Branding and Marketing Communication activities, such as events and promotions.
- Communicating and coordinating intensely with internal/external parties(management, dealers, related departments, agency, event organizer etc)
to plan and execute large scale projects such as Motor Show, Launch Events, and nation-wide annual events.
- Periodically monitoring demand stimulating events from cost-benefit point of view and report to management.
- Leading Brand Promotion Planning(idea, key visuals, concept, tagline etc), Brand Execution(OOH, Digital etc) and Brand Promotion Review.
Manage the department staffs by training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
Requirements
