Resposibilities
• Responsible for preparation department business regular reports including information updates
• Responsible for daily business order and revenue tracking
• Assist Manager to conduct business activities and track the problems till closed
• Responsible for checking agreement document in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in any field
• 1 year working experience as marketing, preferably experience in Property
• Good knowledge in project management, or admin management
• Good personality, quick learner, proactive, able to work under pressure, self motivated, attention to detail and result oriented
• Must be able to manage time and commit to deadline
• Good communication skill and pleasant personality
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, excellent skill in Excel
• Must be able to speak and write in English, have ability in Japanese will be an advantage
