Job Description
1. Website/Store Analysis and Optimization (Main Role)
- Reviews and analyzes website for areas that need to be enhanced or revised.
- Ensures accuracy and clarity of every storefront, including proper grammar, puctuation and spelling.
- Optimizes on-site content for maximum visibility and ranking in the major search engines; this includes HTML, site structure, as well as page layout and navigation considerations.
- Performs quality assurance analysis of all websites.
- Prepares monthly reports to clients.
2. Keyword Analysis, Research & Copywriting
- Performs information gathering services including technical websites analysis, competitive/keyowrd research and link analysis, competitive/keyword research and link analysis.
- Conducts in-depth keyword research, focusing on driving organic search result or assisting with running a pay per clik (PPC) campaign.
3. Search Engine Optimization & Marketing
- Identifies and implements appropriate SEO strategies.
- Performs SEO copywriting (SEO writing guidelines, e.g., where to place keywords in copy so that it gets the most traffic, how to write effective headlines and how to write effective call to actions ststements).
- Responsible for in bound link development from relevant sites and directories.
- SEM activity can be done inside large platforms (r.g. Lazada, Tokopedia, etc).
- Prepares detailed SEO strategy reports.
4. Social Network Promotion.
- Set up proper strategy and KPIs to help promoting the product sales.
- Utilizes vendor or internal team to manage SNS channel to maximize its potential.
5. Online Paid Advertising
- Identifies products with needs and opportunities for paid advertising.
- Makes recommendations and manages funds and strategies for approved products.
- Deliver ROI report.
'- Bachelor degree from marketing, mathmatics or commerce related major.
- Minimun 2 years experience on online marketing or eCommerce optimization.
- Excellent organizational, time-management and analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge of online marketing strategies.
- Good knowledge of website keyword selection and analysis.
- Ability to analyze content and functionally of websites.
- Ability to direct and edit content.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including strong verbal, listening and written communication.
- English proficiency is mandatory (spoken and mandatory).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (excel, word and power point).
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Imagination and creativity skills, focusing on improving financial performance through changing marketing channels.
- Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time.
May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regulatory scheduled hours.
