• Manage warehouse operational activities which includes goods distribution, goods acceptance checking, stock accuracy control, daily picking order, racking and goods transfer as well as regular stock count and checking
• Ensure operational asset and inventory within the system are properly synchronized in the purpose to minimize shrinkage
• Build good rapport with distributors and ensure activities of operational logistics are in harmony with their needs
• Handles all shipping related document, requirements and processes
• Supervise 1-2 subordinates in the local department
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
• Minimum diploma/degree holder
• At least 4-5 years and above logistics/shipping/supply chain experience
• Able to work overtime or on public holidays as and when required
• Mature, self-motivated, good working attitude and willing to learn
• Must be able to communicate in both English as well as Bahasa
• Have good interpersonal and strong communication skills
• Physically fit as may be needed to carry cartons
• Good PC skills and able to multi-task
