Job Description
'1. Plan & suggest trade marketing program (coordinated w/ marketing team) include:
a. Setting promotion event target (base on purpose of that promotion)
b. Make detail mechanism of promotion program & make presentation of that promotion to Sales Dept.
c. Make proposal of promotion event to Marketing Head & President Director.
d. Make PDC (Plan-Do- Check) of that promotion program.
e. Make recapitulation data after promotion program already executed by Sales Dept.
f. Make analysis of program promotion and report it to my superior, Marketing Dept, & Sales Dept.
g. Make database / recapitulation of promotion program fiscal year
2. Make Sales & stock analysis for Key account, Local Supermarket,General Trade, & Distributor & make it's presentation by excel & powerpoint to Sales Department & Top management.
3. Handling Launching new product (controlling the process & controlling progress of sales)
4. As “event organizer” in company event
5. Make Top Management Report for "Top Management Meeting" every Monday (Sell in & out Distributor, Sell out Key account, recapitulation of promotional program & listing new product in key account, and recapitulation of "call" report of Sales Dept.
Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales role
Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
Familiarity with CRM software
Understanding of store operations
Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
Availability to travel as needed
BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field

Able to do the business trip
Minimal 5 years of working experience in FMCG
Technical Competencies: Territory Management, Sales Planning & execution, Trade Marketing, Route to Market, Distribution Management
Fluent and Excellent in English
