Job Description
■ Manage and organize project administration, provide project monthly report and control project cost as in project budget
・Manage and organize general administration in project site to support daily operation
・Manage and organize cost control in project site to assure project budget
・Organize general administration which included project office needs, project supplies, project transportation and other administration needs
・Manage policy in account management for all project site transaction purposes
・Reporting to Project Manager or Accounting Manager
Requirements
・Diploma 3 in Accounting or Management
・Good knowledge of MS Office
・Ability to speak English business level
・Outstanding communication skills
・Excellent organizational and time-management skills
・A team player with leadership abilities
・At least 2 years experience as Store Keeper.
・Working experience in construction industry
・Detail oriented
