Job Description
'This is a Project Management role for maintaining company design standards on the new store construction.
• Interior Design / Architecture Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 4 years experiences, related field
• Preferable with experience in other retail company
• The position requires to work closely with regional & local members for company design standards,
• The candidates shall communicate closely with regional & local members for project status, issues and mitigation action with leasing, design & project team members.
• The candidates shall review and revise the agreement between contractors and vendors.
• The candidates shall manage contractors & vendors support, deliveries and relationship. Review and ensure quality of workmanship and the services by all parties.
• Proactive responsible individual, able to set own action plans
• Proven analytical and problem resolution skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Experience in collaboration with global team
