Job Description
・Making Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Sales Contract, Offering Contract, Cost Calculation sheet, Letter of Credit, HS Code and Debit Note,
・Getting confirmation from client, Shipment Arrangement, Confirmation of ETD[Estimated time of departure] & ETA [Estimated time of Arrival]
・Arranging ship and truck.
・Contacting to Thailand, Malasya and Japan. [Need to speek and write English]
・Once in 1 to 2 months, going to client meeting with Japanese Director near Jakarta area; Tangerang, Bogor, Karawang, Bandung
Requirements
・Ability to create documents for trading business, Export and Import.
・Ability to speak business level English
・Have worked in Japanese trading company.
Logical, Energetic, Friendly, Be able to ask when not understanding, Easy going.
