Job Description
Responsibilities :
1.Customer relationship management
Meet and users with/without distributors to promote our brand and to support distributors development
Manage and qualify existing and new distributors accounts
Follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable
Prepare Customer visit plan
Submit visit reports to Superior
2.Meet sales financial objectives; increase sales and market share
3.Assist in preparing annual budget; analyze variances and initiate countermeasures
4.Assist in projecting expected sales of existing and new customers
5.Identify market opportunities by, Defining market, establish targeted market share, analyze competitors share
6.Collect, analyze trends and summarize data related to sales objectives
7.Provide basic technical support and link to Engineers in Singapore/Indonesia on any technical request by Customers
8.Assist to develop promotional materials to expand Aftermarket Sales
Requirements :
1.Service oriented – strong service mind set to create a positive experience for external customers
2.Good communication skills in English and confident communicator
3.Resourceful and problem solving
4.Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent
5.Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
