Job Description
■As a CS team leader, manage Sea, Air transport ,Port operation departments
・Confirm the business process of each department
・Plan and implement improvement proposals for business processes
・Negotiate with the contractor about price and delivery date
・Correspond to claims
・Visit the client with the sales team
・Other related tasks
※There are possibility to have Business trip in foreign country
Requirements
・Ability to speak English above Business level [Meeting at Singapore]
・Possess knowledge of sea, air transport
・Proven communication skill
・Working experience in international shipping industry over 5 years (Japanese or other foreign company)
・Working experience of supervisor or above level
・Quality oriented
