・Organize and leading marketing team
・Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets
・Develop digital campaigns to increase web traffic
・Analyze sales and marketing metrics
・Forecast market trends
・Research market to identify new opportunities
・Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products
・Meeting and exchange information with overseas's branchies
・Reporting to Indonesian and Japanese
※There are some possibility to work in Jakarta as well. It is depend on business situation.
※There are some possibility to go for business trip to Japan, Thailand, Vietnam and Sri Lanka.

Requirements

・Knowledge of promotion or others related to marketing for retail or e-commerce industry
・Ability to speak English business level
・Able to go for overseas business trip



・Working experience in furniture or FMCG industry as marketing supervisor or above



・Proactive
