・Marketing and sales activity for seeking new busienss requirment
・Suggestion some project idea, quotation
・Seek and understanding client project's content and some other information
・Make sales activity report weekly/monthly
※Sales Area : Tangerang to Bandung
※Clients : Joint Venture Company with Indonesian government-run company, Indonesian General Contructor, some Relevant Ministries, Construction Cunsulting and so on.

Requirements

・Negotiation skill
・Ability to suggest some idea, project vision
・Ability to collect and organize various information
・Ability to speak English conversational level
・Ability to build good relationship with client



・Sales experience towards executive, director, etc…
・Sales experience in General Contractor or Construction Consulting Firm



・Speed Oriented
・Open minded
・Self-runner
・Self motivated
