- Leading HR team for current project
<Job Responsibilities>
・Lead and handle HR&GA department in day to day operational and align with all the company's business strategies
・Responsible for handling recruitment, learning and development, compensation Benefit and industrial relations
・Work cooperatively and act as liaison with all levels of staff members, managers external subcontractors to maximize the performances, problem solving and result.
・Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issue
・Analyze personnel and labor data and establish their own personnel system
・Other duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree from any major
・10 years of experience in Human Resources with 5 years of experience as Manager level handling Compensation & HRIS.
・Business English proficiency.
・Have excellent knowledge in people development, compensation and benefits, recruitment
・Have excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
