<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Support GA Operations
<Job Responsibilities>
- Assist in the preparation of all non-confidential payments related to office procurement, outsources etc.
- Arrange business trip (accommodation, flight, transportation, etc).
- Make documentation, maintaining, and monitoring office assets, supplies, and files.
- Monitor and manage outsources (office boy, receptionist, drivers)
- Provide administration support including but not limited to arranging meetings and translation document.
- Other responsibilities as needed.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Bachelor's degree (Administration / Management or related)
・Business English proficiency
・Min. 1 year of experience as GA (administration, expat support, manage outsourcing)
・Expert in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PPT
・Honest, hard working, good communication skills, good work ethics, good time management skill, flexible, adaptive
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Able to join ASAP
・Working experience from Japanese company
