<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Responsible for taking care of the employee throughout their work cycle in the organization and helps them with all day-to-day tasks
<Job Responsibilities>
- Ensuring HR's role as Strategic Partner to support the implementation of the vision - mission and achievement of company targets
- Running HR programs at the company
- Ensuring that the operational support administration process runs effectively and efficiently and is jointly controlled
- Handling industrial problems
- Ensuring employees in the company can provide optimal performance
- Ensuring HR's role as an initiator of constructive change in following developments and accelerating industrial and organizational changes
- Monitor, ensure the Company's compliance with labor regulations as well as strategies for preventing and resolving labor problems in coordination with CEO.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Having a minimum of Bachelor degree in Human Resources / Law or equivalent
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experiences in HR operationfor manufacturing company.
- Understand about updated labor law
- Used to handle Industrial Relations
- Willing to work in West Jakarta
- The candidate must have effective communication, he/she must be a problem solver, comfortable making hard decisions, strong ethics, multi-tasker
