<Job Responsibilities>
- Supervise activities which include parking area operations, security, cleanliness of park areas and public facilities, pest rodent control, and cleanliness of corridor and lobby areas as well as arranging schedules of all outsourcing vendors.
- Responsible for evaluating the performance of all outsourcing under the responsibility each section, which are: Cleaning Service, Security, Parking, Pest Rodent Control, Hygiene Sanitize, Landscape, Garbage Removal, and other building facilities.
- Responsible for handling complaints related to housekeeping, parking security, landscape and pest control.
- Responsible for performing inventory control on logistics efficiently and maintain the quality of service to tenants.
- Responsible for maintaining good communication between related departments and with tenants.
- Responsible for creating and preparing administrative work properly.
- Responsible for planning and submitting costs in accordance with the necessary requirements required.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Have a minimum of Bachelor's Degree from suitable education background (engineering background is preferred)
- Have experiences as an Assistant Manager / Chief / Supervisor specialized in Property Management or equivalent.
- Advance in strata title/apartment operational and or office building
- Have a mininum of 3 years' experience in hospitality is preferred
- Conversational English level skill is a must.
- Quick response, detail, good leadership, good team player, discipline.
- Good understanding at all aspect of building management
- Leadership skill is a must
- Wiling to be placed in all project of the company
