<Job Responsibilities>
- Create Minutes of Meeting
- Create report and preparation for BOD Meeting
- Responsible for the corporate system (update, input new data)
- Invoice corporate issue (yearly) and follow up
- Handle corporate members in Japanese business language by email or phone
- Host seminar offline or online
- Another task as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor degree and hold a minimum N2 Japanese Language Proficiency Test or above
・Have experience as administration for min 3 years
・Aware of proper etiquette and language sensitivity in communication (keigo)
・Able to organize coordination in the internal organization to ensure timely delivery for government’s requests
・Strong written communication skills
