<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Assist and Support President Director
<Job Responsibilities>
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Proactively communicate with PD regarding appointments, updates and reports
- Prepare documents and data (PPT, DOC, etc.) as needed
- Communicate with internal division for coordination
- Respond to calls, emails and incoming inquiries
- Provide great hospitality to guests and visitors including preparing quality beverages and tending to their needs
- Book hotels, meeting rooms, and other necessary facilities
- Assist necessary agenda and coordinate with external parties
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree
・Business English proficiency with Japanese Proficiency Min. N3 (Need to reply Email or Chat in Japanese)
・Min. 3 years as Executive Assistant or Secretary or Sales or Admin Support
・IT Skills (Make reports in PPT/Word, present data and good understanding in business procedures) including MS Office (Outlook, Scheduler, Excel, etc.)
・Good personality, good common sense, smart, detailed, quick, able to work under pressure, though, good communication skills, and customer-minded
・Ready to respond on weekend for the emergency chat from President Director
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Able to speak Mandarin
・Own TOEIC or TOEFL cert,
