Work details
-Recruiting , Payroll administration
-Maintain Employee relations
-Check & Analyze Reimbursement of employee’s transportation
-Filing HR Documents
-Support Administration for BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan & JSHK
-Support Administration for Car Lease, Driver Suspense and Parking
-Collect Employee’s Attendance of Group, include OT/permit/Leave form/Doctor letter
-Working permit Controlling ,Control Annual Leave Report
-Prepare Monthly Attendance Report
-Liaise with external partners like vendor of Car rental, etc.
-Control Internal Approval HRGA
-Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
-Control Internal Approval HRGA
-Other HR Administration
・Minimum S1 Bachelor’s degree in a related field
・Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role minimum 3 – 5 years *ISO relate work skill
・Computer literacy (Ms. Office, in particular)
・Knowledge of Labor Law
