<Job Responsibilities>
- Control On Boarding process for all employees
- Control Training management process
- Competency assessment and performance results
- Review Matrix and Job Profile of all division
- Maintain and update Competency model (standard) and profiling
- Give recommendation to HC Policy and Procedure
- Provide Career Path Management support
- Provide support in succession planning for potential employee
- Control competency assessment process for all employees
- Propose Employee Development Program to Division Head based on talent mapping result.
- Monitor and control employee development program process.
- Support all division to monitoring PMS Process and conduct Review and give recommendation on PMS Cascading to employee
- Control employee engagement activities plan and execution such as consolidation meeting, company picnic, etc.
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Mengontrol proses orientasi untuk semua karyawan
- Kontrol Proses manajemen pelatihan
- Penilaian kompetensi dan hasil kinerja
- Meninjau Matriks dan Profil Pekerjaan semua divisi
- Memelihara dan memperbarui model (standar) dan profil kompetensi
- Memberikan rekomendasi untuk Kebijakan dan Prosedur SDM
- Memberikan dukungan Manajemen Jenjang Karier
- Memberikan dukungan dalam perencanaan suksesi bagi karyawan yang berpotensi
- Mengontrol proses penilaian kompetensi untuk semua karyawan
- Mengusulkan program pengembangan karyawan kepada Kepala Divisi berdasarkan hasil pemetaan bakat.
- Memonitor dan mengontrol proses program pengembangan karyawan.
- Mendukung seluruh divisi untuk memantau proses PMS dan melakukan penelaahan serta memberikan rekomendasi mengenai PMS Cascading kepada karyawan
- Mengontrol rencana dan pelaksanaan kegiatan employee engagement seperti rapat konsolidasi, piknik perusahaan, dll.
- Tanggung jawab lain sesuai kebutuhan
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management or related from reputable university
・Business English proficiency
・Min. 5 years on HR Development, min. as Supervisor or Specialist
・Experienced in Recruitment (mass recruitment would be an advantage)
・Skilled in performance management, people & organization development, workload analysis, competency assessment, talent mapping, employee development program, MS Office Savvy
・Good communication skill, interpersonal skill, administration skill, hard working, good work ethic
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
・Working experience in the Tech industry

Gelar sarjana di bidang Psikologi, Manajemen atau yang terkait dari universitas terkemuka
・Kemampuan Bahasa Inggris Bisnis
・Pengalaman min. 5 tahun di bidang Pengembangan SDM, min. sebagai Supervisor atau Spesialis
Berpengalaman dalam bidang Rekrutmen (perekrutan massal akan menjadi keuntungan)
Terampil dalam manajemen kinerja, pengembangan sumber daya manusia dan organisasi, analisis beban kerja, penilaian kompetensi, pemetaan bakat, program pengembangan karyawan, menguasai MS Office
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, kemampuan interpersonal, kemampuan administrasi, pekerja keras, etos kerja yang baik
