- Manage and take responsibility in general HR function
- Review and revise HR functions
- Determine, monitor, and enforce company policy
- Perform Job Analysis, competency setting, performance appraisal, and salary
structure
- Benchmarking to design compensation & benefit scheme
- Advise to management regarding organization and talent development
- Ensure that HR process including performance management system are aligned with business goals
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures
across the organization
・Male/Female around 38 - 47 years old
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology or related field of study
・ Minimum 8 years’ experience as HR Generalist
・Experienced in implementing HR strategic projects, such as organization
development, talent management, job grading, salary adjustment, and sales
incentive scheme
・Strong organizational, critical thinking, communications skills, and a people
person
・Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office
・Good understanding of Indonesia Labor and Employment Laws
・Excellent verbal and written communication in Bahasa and English
