Work details
1. Handling Corporate Approval, Work Order and Purchase Order Process
(High Skill in Writing of English is a must.)
2. Budgetary control: management of actual versus forecast results and create
budget for next fiscal year.
3. Preparing letters issued to other parties such as authorities, contractors,
checking the wording contracts. (Important documents will be reviewed and
prepared by Law Firm. Others will be reviewed and prepared in-house.)
4. Maintaining administration works such as attendance, leave summary,
purchasing, payment and billing process (Supervision fee and receiving Deposit).
5. Schedule control for Fit-out drawings
6. Supporting expats as Japanese translator.
7. Response to inquiry from email and telephone
8. Other related tasks as assigned

1. Menangani Proses Persetujuan Perusahaan, Work Order dan Purchase Order
(Kemampuan Bahasa Inggris yang baik dan benar adalah suatu keharusan)
2. Kontrol anggaran: manajemen hasil aktual versus perkiraan dan membuat anggaran untuk tahun fiskal berikutnya.
3. Mempersiapkan surat-surat yang dikeluarkan untuk pihak lain seperti pihak berwenang, kontraktor, memeriksa kata-kata kontrak. (Dokumen-dokumen penting akan ditinjau dan dipersiapkan oleh Firma Hukum. Dokumen-dokumen lainnya akan ditinjau dan disiapkan secara internal).
4. Mempertahankan pekerjaan administrasi seperti kehadiran, ringkasan cuti, pembelian, pembayaran dan proses penagihan (biaya supervisi dan penerimaan deposit).
5. Kontrol jadwal untuk gambar Fit-out
6. Mendukung ekspatriat sebagai penerjemah bahasa Jepang.
7. Menanggapi pertanyaan dari email dan telepon
8. Tugas terkait lainnya yang ditugaskan
◆ At least 3 years of administration work experience.
◆ Language : English for Business Level
◆ Technical Skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, word, PowerPoint )
◆ Working experience in Building Management / Fit-out work industry.
◆ Willing to involve in other building operation / Fit-out work matters. Good teamwork ability.

Bahasa: Bahasa Inggris untuk Tingkat Bisnis
Keterampilan Teknis: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Pengalaman kerja di bidang Manajemen Gedung / industri pekerjaan Fit-out.
Bersedia terlibat dalam masalah operasi gedung / pekerjaan Fit-out lainnya. Kemampuan kerja tim yang baik.
