♦ Proceed procedure of employee's visa and related documents
♦ General all HRGA work
- Japanese support ( Director, business travelers etc..)
- Documents preparation and management
- Supporting for making rule
- Recruitment support
- Issuing invoice and communicate with Accounting outsourcing consultant
- Communicate with HQ
♦Other related tasks as assigned
・Experience as HRGA in Japanese company
*experience of handling KITAS and another Visa
・English (Business level)
・Prefer in trading company and construction material field
