[Job Description]
◆ As an Indoor Sales for Factory Automation
・You will receive inquiries about FA from customers (mainly motor industry companies) by e-mails.
(The amount of the inquiries is about 200 per month.)
・Make quotations for FA and send it to customers by refering to the price list of FA.
(It takes about 5 minuts to make 1 quotations.)
・Prepare a report about FA business transaction with customers.
(Especially it is necessaly to analyse the relationship between inquiries and orders, to increase the number of orders from customers.)
[Requirements]
◆ Basic skill on Microsoft Excel.（Especially for calculation）
◆ Basic skill on Microsoft Outolook.（To send and receive e-mails）
◆ English skill at least conversational level.
◆Female only.
◆Experienced working as an "Indoor Sales" more than at least 2,3 years is preferable.
