Work details
- Responsible for handling full spectrum of HR, administration and compliance activities including recruitment, training, set up company policies/regulations, etc.
- Perform daily operations of HR functions including staff attendance management and personnel records maintenance.
- Handle staff disciplinary-related issues and provide solution such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures.
- Other ad hoc HRGA duties.

- Bertanggung jawab untuk menangani keseluruhan kegiatan SDM, administrasi dan kepatuhan termasuk perekrutan, pelatihan, membuat kebijakan/peraturan perusahaan, dll.
- Melakukan operasi harian fungsi SDM termasuk manajemen kehadiran staf dan pemeliharaan catatan personalia.
- Menangani masalah yang berhubungan dengan disiplin staf dan memberikan solusi seperti memediasi perselisihan dan mengarahkan prosedur disipliner.
- Tugas-tugas HRGA ad hoc lainnya.
• Minimum 5 years experiences in HRGA Assistant Manager
• Has experience working in Japanese Company
• Education Background is Bachelor Degree from Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management or relevant
• Proficiency in English is a must (Business level)
• JLPT Minimum N2 of Japanese Language is a must
• Computer literate
• Strong knowledge in HR Practices and demonstrate ability in providing HR solutions.
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Understand foreign worker legality, company permit procedure and reporting.
• Familiar with labor regulation, company regulation, working permit regulation

- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun sebagai Asisten Manajer HRGA
- Memiliki pengalaman bekerja di Perusahaan Jepang
- Latar belakang pendidikan S1 dari Psikologi, Hukum, Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia atau yang relevan
- Kemahiran berbahasa Inggris adalah hal yang wajib (level Bisnis)
- JLPT Minimum N2 Bahasa Jepang adalah suatu keharusan
- Mampu menggunakan komputer
- Memiliki pengetahuan yang kuat dalam praktik-praktik HR dan menunjukkan kemampuan dalam memberikan solusi HR.
- Mampu bekerja dengan pengawasan minimum
- Memahami legalitas pekerja asing, prosedur perizinan dan pelaporan perusahaan.
- Mengerti tentang peraturan ketenagakerjaan, peraturan perusahaan, peraturan izin kerja
