Work details
Responsible for all aspects of HR& GA activity in the company, such as:
◆ Develop Recruitment, performance management, compensation, training & development
◆ Build relation vendor
◆ Handling BPJS
◆ Handling payroll and employee's compensation & benefit
◆ Building maintenance, office facility arrangement, etc
◆Other related tasks as assigned
◆English (Conversational level-)
◆Experience in Japanese or MNC company
◆Experience in the construction or real estate industry
◆Experience as HRGA at more than supervisor level (ability to handle tasks without subordinates)
◆Who can attend offline interview as soon as possible
