Mission : Responsible for HR and GA operation
HR Tasks
・Operate the recruitment, training, and development of human resources.
・Assist to create and maintain company labor regulation in accordance with Labor law
GA Tasks
・Operate administrative, clerical, and archival tasks.
・Assist to create and implement the rule and workflow of procurement of office appliance including stationery, furniture or IT devices.
・To perform other duties as assigned by the Director.

Misi: Bertanggung jawab atas operasional SDM dan GA
Tugas SDM
・Mengoperasikan perekrutan, pelatihan, dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia.
・Membantu membuat dan memelihara peraturan ketenagakerjaan perusahaan sesuai dengan hukum Ketenagakerjaan
Tugas GA
・Mengoperasikan tugas-tugas administrasi, klerikal, dan kearsipan.
・Membantu membuat dan menerapkan aturan dan alur kerja pengadaan peralatan kantor termasuk alat tulis, furnitur atau perangkat IT.
・Melaksanakan tugas-tugas lain yang diberikan oleh Direktur.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Minimum 3 years of HR GA Tasks as supervisor level up
・Understanding of labor law (Preferably bachelor of law)
・Business level of English
