- Controlling and Manage cost expense of manpower and production
- Making Improvement and evaluation of performance Production.
- Ensuring gap and improvement of production process to achieve Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery.
- Daily, Weekly, Monthly meeting with Subordinate and Manager related quality achievement, production and delivery.
- Support yearly strategy plan production.
・Bachelor's degree
