Work details
- Support in developing and delivering strategic HR plans, including team restructuring and morale building, which fits with the overall business direction
- Ensure that all HR systems and HR processes are implemented properly in daily basis
- Supervise and lead HR and GA team, providing guidance, coaching and support
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation
- Responsible for developing and implementing training and performance management programs
- Analyze trends, maintain, and design employee benefits and retention programs, including salary and compensation, health insurance, expense reimbursement, and vacation
- Monitor and support recruitment process until onboarding stage
- Coordinate and manage office arrangements and facilities
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for various services
- Plan and execute company events
- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals and operations are aligned with business initiatives
- Handle confidential matters with discretion
- Other responsibilities as needed

・Business English proficiency
・3 years of experience as HRGA Assistant Manager or Manager from Trading Industry.
