- GA Specialist
<Job Responsibilities>
- Travel Administration (Assist transportation coordination, booking facilities for company use)
- Office and dormitory management (Assist with maintenance of office equipment. Asset management such as dormitory keys, access control, etc., and assist with accommodation issues.)
- Asset & Expense Management (Responsible for office supplies procurement, registration and issuance, regular inventory of items. Assist in reconciliation and reimbursement of administrative expenses according to company requirements)
- Administrative support for expatriates (Assist in the processing of documents for foreign employees. Assist foreign employees in other administrative matters)
- Daily personnel work support (assist the company's daily personnel work, including arranging interviews for candidates, assisting in organizing company staff reunion activities, etc.)
- Other work temporarily assigned by leaders.
- Other responsibilities as needed
