Work details
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
- Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
- Maintain pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
- Maintain employees' benefit programs.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource Indonesian government requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource and other company policies and procedures.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Maintain human resource staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Negotiate with labor union to improve company benefit and employee’s working environment.
- Provide general supporting activities such as the administration of company regulations; legal documents and permits; factory & office cleanliness; and company transportation
- Cost control on administrative expenses and control of fixed assets of the company
- Do planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures for IT team.
- Preserve assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.
- Recommend IT strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; participating requirements
- Supervise and manage subordinates.

・Bachelor's degree
・Business English proficiency
・10 years as HRGA with 5 years of experience as Manager from any manufacturing.
・Strong in Tax Issue (Audit, Income Calculation, etc).
・Japanese skill
