- Recruiting new staff and manage recruitment process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and ensure operational efficiency
- Handling the onboarding of new hires and offboarding process
- Ensuring employee data and manage compensation and benefit
- Running and coordinating payroll
- Assist Department Head of HR
- Running the annual performance review process
- Coordinating learning and development
- Ensuring HR compliance with all company policies and relevant legislation
- Develops, updates, implements and/or communicates personnel policies and procedures in compliance with standard HR practices, laws and regulations,
- Manage HR documents (scan, review, prepare data, etc.),
- Oversee general administrative functions such as facilities management, office supplies, and vendor relationships,
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a secure and productive work environment.
