Work details
- Increase enrollment numbers and retention rates of students.
- Conduct quality checks of English teachers.
- Submit reports to the headquarters.
- Handle customer inquiries in Japanese via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Document customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service.
- Oversee classroom operations and student attendance.
- Coordinate schedules and communicate with students and parents.
- Manage classroom resources and support teachers.
- Handle student inquiries and assist with administrative tasks.
- Ensure adherence to classroom rules and policies.
- Other tasks as assigned
・At least bachelor's degree in any major preferably from Japanese literature/education
・More than 3 years of experience working in customer service and office work
・Fluent in Japanese (at least N2 holder)
・Fluent in English (TOIEC level 800 or equivalent)
・Strong administrative skill
・Able to operate basic Excel
・Willing to work on a day in weekend (Saturday/Sunday)
・Experience working with Japanese native speaker
