Work details
Responsibilities:
'1. Creating sales strategy to increase market share
2. Do business development activities to expand the business and increasing clients number
3. Achieving sales target
4. Controlling work progress in Sales Department
5. Negotiating tender, contract terms and conditions with clients
6. Analyzing cost and sales
7. Compiling and analyzing all sales data
8. Maintaining existing clients and keep building the good relationship with them for continuous order
9. Able to do efficient presentation to clients in English and Bahasa Indonesia
10. Coordinating all sales and sales support to achieve company’s target
Requirements:
・Ability to speak business level English
・Be able to contact with people upstairs.
・Having sales pipe in same industry or be able to meet the person is above director.
・Ability to bring abundant customer in Indonesia.
・Skills of button down the person whom have to meet and sale.
・Ability to manage some subordinate
Desirable Experience:
・5 ~ 10 years working experience in same industry. [Flavors and Fragrances]
Desirable Character:
Friendly, Cheerful, Logical Person
