Production Assistant Manager for FMCG Manufacturing

<Resposibilities>

- Working closely with PPIC in the preparation of plans and production schedules.

- Coordinate and oversee and give direction to the work of each section production process

- Monitor the implementation of production plans in order to achieve the production schedule, and quality specified.

- Responsible for the control of raw materials and efficient use of labor, machinery and equipment

- Always keep production facilities functioning as it should

- Make a daily and periodic reports on activities in parts in accordance with the applicable reporting systems

- Trying to find ways of cutting costs and repair methods more efficient work

- Maintain the discipline of work and assess the performance of subordinates on a regular basis

- Conduct an assessment on the performance of subordinates on a regular basis

- Carry out other duties given by the General Manager



<Requirements>

- Male

- Have a minimum of D3 degree in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent

- Have experiences with a minimum of 2 years in related field

- Familiar with Consumer Product

- Good communication in English (verbal & written)

- Able to make report using MS Office (word, excel, powerpoint)
