Job Description
Responsible for all sales and marketing management activities in Indonesia
Discuss a strategy to implement the sales plan to the Sales Advisor.
Make strategy and implement the sales plan based on sales Budget, comparing the actual and the target
Doing Market Research to support the sales plan together with the sales department
Supervise the subordinate in doing sales activities based on the instructions and rules of the management.
Report to Sales Advisor (Japanese)
Experience in sales department in Automotive (Preferable) for at least 3 years
Must have an excellent English (business level) both written and oral.
Experience handling Automotive, OEM, aftermarket, & export business base//local & import sources/forecasting/automotive sales budgeting/targeting market penetration rate against sales plan.
Hard worker, fast learner, communicative and highly adaptable person
