<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Employment policies, procedures, payrolls, rewards, recognition programs, workplace safety initiatives, training & development, employee benefit programs.
<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage the staffing process (recruitment, interviews, onboarding)
- Ensure jobdesc are up to date and comply with all regulations
- Develop training materials and performance management programs to ensure employees understand their responsibilities
- Create compensation strategy for all employees based on market search and surveys
- Ensure organization's compliance with local and state regulations
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
- Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
- Maintain HR system and process
- Conduct performance and salary reviews
- Provide support and guidance to members
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits
- Design and implement employee retention strategies
- Oversee IT section
- Implement ISO and OHSAS
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree
・Business English proficiency
・7 years as HR with several notable managerial experience, with current or recent experience in Construction industry
・Expert in all HRGA sections and familiar in overlooking IT section
・Tech savvy and advanced in MS Excel usage
・Good management skill, time management, communication skill, motivated, flexible, able to work under pressure
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience in Japanese company
