<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Responsible for everything related to employee management
<Job Responsibilities>
- As an administer compensation and benefit plans
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Provide support employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Having a minimum of Bachelor degree in Human Resources / Law or equivalent
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experiences in as an HR Generalist for manufacturing company.
- Experience and knowledge in Employee Performance (KPI)
- Have knowledge of Employee Compensation & Benefits
- Experienced in HR Development
- Knowledge in All HR Function
- Proficient in Excel Formula
- High Integrity, Communicative, Creative, Attention to Detail & Open Minded
- Willing to work in West Jakarta
