<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Developing and implementing HRGA strategies aligned with business strategies
<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible for Payroll calculation (actual calculation, etc.) attendance management, approval
- Responsible for personnel (recruitment, evaluation, system development) system design and operation
- Responsible for handling Labor (company regulations, employment regulations, employment contracts, update of procedures)
- Review company legal (work for contracts, NDA, etc.)
- Responsible for visa and general affairs procedures for Japanese member
- Control of other general affairs
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major (preferably related to Law)
- Experiences in HRGA for around 3 years in Manager level or more than 5 years as Assistant Manager Level.
- Business level English skill
- Well understanding about Indonesia Law (Industrial, HR and corporation regal).
- Working experiences in Japanese company will be an advantage.
- Detail oriented, communicative and good leadership
