<Job Responsibilities>
-Establishing action plans that leads to achieving operating revenues and net revenues in our plans and account plans, then sharing and executing them together with the Sales Team.
-Deepen understanding of account management in the Group and provide solutions or services that meet the needs of the client's business and supply chain.
-Making sure each account potential and appropriately manage the stages of both own and Team's Sales Force.
-Creating own forecast according the plan. If there are gaps in these two, must develop and implement actions to fill those gaps promptly.
-To educate team members into becoming solution human resources.
-Having market research/business intelligence so can support the sales team with clear and efficient sales target to attack
-Team management (4-5 members)
- Other related tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Experience 10 years in Sales in Forwarding business, including 5 years as a Manager or at least Assistant Manager. Sales experience in Logistics would be an advantage.
・Experience of sales to below industries (at least 1):
Automotive, Fashion, Home Appliances / Electric Machine, Semiconductor / Electronics Devices / Electronics, Machinery / Semiconductor Equipment Industry
・More than business level English
